As an experienced real estate investor, you are invested in several German cities. For what reason did you want to sell the property in such an attractive investment location as Berlin?
The apartment in Berlin has been in my possession for over 25 years. Of these, the same tenant occupied the apartment for 18 years. Since I have always maintained a very good relationship with her, it was out of the question for me to burden the tenancy. Since I wanted to change my strategy and invest more profitably in the future, I decided to sell the apartment and reinvest the money.
How did you perceive Berlin as a real estate market?
Although it may seem otherwise to some, Berlin is a very tenant-friendly market.
